This is a basic programme involving exercises designed for people who want to start or continue physical activity. I identify and explore the basic exercise principles and tailor them to individual needs based on age, weight, height, medical history and personal goals. We pay special attention to:

  • Diet
  • Outdoor activities adapted to your living environment
  • Emotional predisposition to exercise
