This is who I am...
If you ask me who I am, I would tell you that I am an alchemist pilgrim, a teacher, laughter, movement, uncertainty and courage. I am sport and movement. I am the Camino de Santiago, transformation, growth and initiation, guide and professional. I am a partner. I am doubt and intuition. I am a man with an inner child. And I am a man who seeks to live his authenticity. I am a warrior and hero. I am who I am now. And I like it.
I saw the light of the world in 1974, in Madeira - Portugal, in a country that breathed change, hope, and revolution. Although unconsciously, I know that this energy influences me, it is in my matrix. My life is nourished by change, transformation and personal growth - mine and others'.
Always overcoming uncertainty and doubt I find myself doing what no one in my family dared; courageous, coward, pioneer, revolutionary or inconsequential... everyone will tell you something different about me.
Doing the Camino de Santiago in 2004, 30 days of initiatory walking was decisive to connect with who I want to be. I started then a big transformation that made me leave my country, job, possessions, family and friends and land in Spain only 2 months after finishing the Camino and with little more than my clothes and books.
This change inspires my philosophy of life which includes my work and passion - to accompany and facilitate change for people who wish to regain control of their lives, regain inner peace, feel inspired, empowered and live with and out of Self-Love.
More about my academic background
I graduated in Physical Education and Sport in 1997 which I taught and coached for 10 years, besides a diploma in Acupuncture, I am certified in various complementary therapies (various types of massage, foot reflexology, Reiki, PSYCH-K, aromatherapy, phytotherapy and nutrition among others). I worked in the spa, wellness and wellbeing industry as a therapist and manager. I have been involved in the development of various concepts for spa projects working for an international company based in Austria.
I graduated in 2010 as a Life Coach, having completed the International Coach Academy's Certified Professional Coaching Programme (CPCP) - a course accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I also completed a postgraduate degree in Bioneuroemoción® (accredited by the Universidad Iberoamericana Torreón - Mexico and by the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Rosario - Argentina) - a method developed by the Catalan psychologist Enric Corbera that clarifies how emotions, beliefs, conflicts and the environment affect biology/DNA based on the knowledge provided by epigenetics, NLP, Quantum Physics, transgenerational study among other fields of study.
I studied with Shirzad Chamine, creator of the "Positive Intelligence" coaching method.
